We appreciated Paulina's document layout, which effectively implemented the brand and text. However, we encountered a workflow issue that was a fault of Flocksy, not Paulina. After making minor internal adjustments, Flocksy's project structure did not allow Paulina to continue working on the document within the same project. Additionally, the project queueing process created delays, requiring us to finalize the document internally. This resulted in unnecessary frustration for what were essentially minor text adjustments.

While we appreciated Paulina's initial design concept for our document in Illustrator, the deliverable was not meeting our design needs. To ensure we met our project timeline, we completed this project internally. We used InDesign, which is better optimized for multi-page print layouts, and refined the design for a more professional and "designed" aesthetic. We valued the initial effort in putting the concepts on paper and hope this feedback is helpful for future projects. Thanks so much, Paulina!

Thanks, Paulina! We ended up adjusting these designs internally to create a lighter, more scannable feel and to emphasize key content from a UX standpoint. There were some base elements that we were able to use. The feedback rounds that we did work through with Paulina were reflected in subsequent revisions.
